The Consortium convenes teams of educators to work together around common goals and needs. We support these teams with facilitation, coaching, and resources as they address challenges, share best practices, learn together, and network.
Many of our cohorts are ongoing, or function on a school-year basis. However, we also help organize and facilitate in-district cohorts function on a contractual basis. These opportunities are customized to suit the district’s specific goals and needs.
Culture of Belonging
This group of school leaders (usually administrators and school counselors) meets a few times to focus on the ecosystem of creating a sense of belonging in their districts, schools, and classrooms. Participants look at educator mindset, professional development needs, and practical resources to affect change in their systems.
Future Ready Leaders
A collaborative leadership program for both students (grades 9-12) and educators that fosters young, innovative thinkers and problem solvers through a project-based approach. Each team participating in the cohort aims to ensure that students have a seat at the future ready table, given their pivotal role as stakeholders towards achieving the PA Future Ready benchmarks.
Thriving Futures
A team-based cohort program designed for school counselors to focus on self-identified future ready challenges in their school or district. This work may address topics such as elementary future readiness, student plans, combining SEL and future readiness, or school-business partnerships.
In-District Cohorts
Structured as a contract service, individual districts identify areas of focus for professional learning across many stakeholders within their system, where teams spend time learning together and working on sustained change. Consortium staff provide, coaching, resources, and facilitations for moving forward and keeping the identified work a priority among participants.
