Published April 12, 2021 by Cynthia Closkey

Setting short and long-term priorities presents one of the most common challenges faced by a team. An importance/effort matrix helps students reach consensus, set goals, and generate action steps. Participants first determine which ideas are most valuable and then rank ideas in terms of how much effort it will take to turn each idea into reality.
