Webinar: Strategies for Engaging Stakeholders in the Budgeting Process
As school districts dive deeper into their budgeting processes, conversations with additional stakeholders may be beneficial to making strong decisions with community and educator buy-in. This has never been more true than in the case of the discontinuation of the Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Fund (ESSR or ESSER) dollars where challenging decisions need to be made. In this webinar, learn how various human-centered design (HCD) strategies can be used to better understand your stakeholders, set priorities, and make and communicate your decisions.

General Trainings
- Introduction to Design-Thinking for Educators – 2/20 and 2/27
This two-day training will introduce educators to design thinking, and more specifically, Human-Centered Design (HCD).
