Professional Development opportunities

Published May 31, 2022 by Pam Gaynor

Educators who’d like to get a feel for Human-Centered Design principles and methods should sign up for Introduction to Design Thinking for Education. The series of four half-day workshops begins June 21. Participants will gain the knowledge and skills needed to implement strategies for defining challenges, brainstorming, facilitating feedback, building empathy into their processes, and more. Register now to attend.

For those who want to learn the basics of Project-Based Learning (PBL), or brush up on skills, we’re also offering An Introduction to Project-Based Learning (PBL). The series of four half-day workshops will introduce educators to the 10 design elements of PBL and support them as they apply these elements to create a project plan for use in their classrooms. Register now to attend.
