The Consortium for Public Education has two professional development opportunities starting this September for teachers, school counselors, and school administrators. PDE professional development hours are available for each training. We hope to see you there!
- Using Design Thinking to Teach the PA STEELS Standards K-12 educators looking for support implementing the new STEELS Standards are encouraged to participate in this one-day training that provides strategies aligned with specific language in the standards. Participants will meet in-person on September 12, 2024, 9:00 am – 3:00 pm.
- Act 45 Fall Cohort Launch: Using Human-Centered Design to Support Student Growth and Achievement School administrators interested in using Design Thinking and Human-Centered Design to tackle challenges and support student growth and achievement are invited to join the fall cohort of our 50-hour Act 45 course. The first in-person session meets on September 26, 2024, 9:00 am – 3:00 pm.
