CPE Welcomes New Board Members

Published September 1, 2026 by Debbie Pixton

This past July, the Consortium welcomed three new members to the board: Courtney Behling, Christopher Kelly, and Erin Haney. Each comes with a rich history and an enthusiasm for CPE’s mission and programming.

Courtney Behling is Director of Consumer Banking Strategy and Product Development at F.N.B. Corporation, where she leads the growth, optimization, and evolution of consumer and small business deposit and lending products. In this role, she plays a key part in advancing F.N.B.’s broader growth strategy centered around customer-centric product innovation.

Chris Kelly is Head of Strategic Engagement – Products in the Office of the Chief Human Resource Officer at Workday.

Erin Haney is a customer success professional with nearly 25 years of experience helping organizations maximize the value of SaaS technology solutions. Throughout her career, she has partnered with customers in the recruitment marketing and talent management industries, guiding strategic implementations, driving adoption, and ensuring organizations achieve measurable business outcomes.

All three see the critical nature of the intersection between education and workforce development, preparing students for life beyond school in ways that are relevant to their world and offer economic mobility. We’re excited to have them along for the journey and to see the amazing work our students, educators, and partners are actively doing across the region.
