Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc. (MEPPI)

STEM for Employment Success

Site Tours

A cornerstone of MEPPI’s K-12 engagement, they provide interactive tours of local STEM company facilities to introduce youth to their work and engineering more broadly.

Jumpstart

An on-site, 8-week manufacturing training program for high school graduates designed to expose them to opportunities across the company. The program helps MEPPI develop a pipeline of well-trained full-time technicians and provides entry-level positions for talent not pursuing post-secondary education. These positions are offered on a 90-day temp-to-hire process after successful completion of the program.
