Register for free webinar on design thinking, HCD

Published March 29, 2022 by Debbie Pixton

Educators who would like to learn the basics of design thinking and Human-Centered Design (HCD) are invited to register for a free, hour-long webinar on Wednesday, April 21 at 3:30 pm.

Our trainers will give an overview and provide tips, tricks, and design methods needed to get you started using HCD in your districts, schools, or classrooms.

HCD is a subset of design-thinking that puts empathy at the heart of problem-solving. It provides tools and methods for engaging and taking in perspectives from all stakeholders, whether students in a classroom, educators in a school, members of a district’s communities, or any combination.

Anyone interested in participating in a full HCD training can register now for our introductory course, which begins June 21. The virtual training sessions run for four half-days.
