The Consortium for Public Education has joined with other Local Education Funds (PAPEP) across Pennsylvania to engage the public I support of public education. Gov. Rendell’s new budget includes many opportunities for our schools and our children. We need to let our legislators know how important public education is. Please write, call or email your state legislators at least monthly and tell them what you think. To help you write your letter PEPEP has developed a brochure that gives information on specific education programs that are proven to work and have been included in the proposed budget.
